Cette page n’a pas pour objectif de me présenter de manière formelle. C’est un petit bout de moi que j’expose avec plaisir pour qui veut le lire.
I’ve been roaming the Earth ever since I learned to walk, driven by the curiosity and wonder of a child. Very early on, I became aware of our species’ selfishness and of the alarming responsibility we bear for the upheavals we inflict upon this planet. I have traveled. For a long time. I immersed myself completely in other systems, other cultures, and in the still truly wild environments of this magnificent planet we call home.
From misanthrope, I became humanist. The child’s gaze has given way to that of an experienced adult, yet Nature captivates me more than ever. Enchanting, fierce, resilient, always seeking balance, vulnerable… she bewilders me. Wherever I go, I feel at home — on land, under the sea, in the cold, in the tropics, from one latitude to another, in the gentleness of daily life as well as in the discomfort of long immersions.
My longing for the absolute has also slowly learned to coexist with the compromises of a very different kind of adventure: motherhood.
I now strive to share my knowledge and passion, to build bridges between the life that fascinates me and the people who are drifting away from it. To do so, I rely on my everyday tools — which also happen to be my professions: naturalist guide and documentary filmmaker.
